Experience Design is a Perspective, not a Discipline

I had previously written an assignment about web design for customer engagement.  The aspect of a customer’s use context shifting over time was something I missed.  I really had just thought about aiming to create a single emotional response forgetting that what might be “fun” might also be annoying depending upon what the customer was trying to achieve.
